ASUS Global Pte. Ltd. (“ASUS”) Cash back Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Any information or instructions published by the Promoters about the Promotion at www.ASUSPromotions.com/AsusSamsungPromotion form part of the Terms and Conditions.

  1. The Promoters are Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 1000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0PS and Asustek (UK) Limited, 235 Old Marylebone Road, London NW1 5QT (the “Promoters”).
  2. The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (GMT) on 8 September 2026 and close at 23:59 (GMT) on 12 October 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Participants must wait 14 days after purchase (of the second product) before submitting a claim. Claims must be made within 45 days from purchase. Therefore claims may only be submitted between 14 and 45 days after the date of purchase of the second Promotion Product.
  3. The offer applies to Participants who purchase a new (i.e. not second hand) Samsung SSD AND Asus X-99 series motherboard (each being a “Promotional Product”, together “the Promotional Products”) within the Promotion Period. A list of the eligible Promotional Products is set out below in the table at paragraph 5. Purchases can be made in-store or online. The transactions may take place at different times (provided that they are both within the Promotion Period), but in order to be entitled to cash back, a Participant must purchase one Samsung SSD and one Asus X-99 series motherboard, and both purchases must be made with the same retailer.
  4. The Promotional Products may be purchased from any of the following retailers (where the Promotion Products are purchased separately): Maplin Electronics Ltd, Novatech Direct Ltd, Eclipse Computers, Box Limited, Scan Computers International Ltd, Ebuyer (UK) Ltd, Esnet Ltd (Overclockers UK), Chillblast or Dabs (each a “Participating Retailer”).

    The Promotional Products may be purchased from any of the following retailers (where the Promotion Products are purchased as part of an integrated system): Scan 3XS, Esnet Ltd (Overclockers UK), Chillblast.

    Only purchases from Participating Retailers are eligible for this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, purchases from eBay or Amazon Marketplace are not included in this Promotion.

  5. Participants in the UK who make a purchase of Promotional Products from a Participating Retailer in the manner specified above in paragraphs 3 and 4 will be entitled claim a cash back reward (paid by way of bank transfer) for the relevant cash back amount. The amount of cash back shall be based on the combination of Promotional Products purchased, as set out in the table below, which also contains the suggested retail price for each of the Promotional Products. The range of Promotional Products available differs, depending on whether a Participant purchases the Promotional Products separately, or as part of an integrated system.

  6. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over.
  7. Participants may claim for a maximum of one Cashback Reward during this Promotion.
  8. This Promotion is only available to end users (e.g. not to any reseller). Any person professionally connected to this Promotion is not eligible to enter.
  9. Cashback Rewards shall be paid by way of bank transfer and participants must have a UK bank account in order to receive the same.

Entry

  1. After purchase of a Promotion Product participants should visit www.ASUSPromotions.com/AsusSamsungPromotion, complete the online claim form and submit it together with a scanned copy of their proof of purchase (to include valid receipt(s), and serial codes for the Promotion Products purchased). Claims must be submitted online only – no claims will be accepted by post. Only one claim may be made per person, Participants should contact 0843 596 2905 with any queries on the claim process. Claims may only be submitted between 14 and 45 days after the date of purchase of the Promotion Products (or, if purchased separately, the second Purchase Product).
  2. Participants will receive their Cashback Reward by way of bank transfer within 28 days of receiving approval notification of a valid claim.
  3. All fully completed Claim Forms (together with proof of purchases) must be received between 14 and 45 days of the relevant purchase date (of the Promotion Products (or, if purchased separately, the second Purchase Product)), meaning the final claim date for purchases made on 12 October 2026 is no later than 23:59 (GMT) on 26 November 2025 (the “End Date”). Claim Forms received after the End Date will not be eligible.
  4. Applications that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoters for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of claims.
  5. The Promoters reserve the right at their absolute discretion to disqualify claims which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions.
  6. The Promoters shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect themselves against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of a Participant.
  7. A claim must be made by the Participant, and must not be made through agents or third parties.

Privacy and Data Prodection

  1. The Promoters may use any personal information submitted by the Participant to advise participants of future promotions and to provide information about products of the Promoters or their associated companies that may be of interest. The Participant hereby consents to such personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Samsung privacy policy available at: http://www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html and the Asus privacy policy available at: http://www.asus.com/uk/Terms_of_Use_Notice_Privacy_Policy/Privacy_Policy. The Participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoters’ privacy policies.
  2. Other than as set out in these terms and conditions or for the purposes of operating the Promotion, the details and information provided by the participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Cashback Reward will not be used for any promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.

General

  1. The Promoters shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoters’ control.
  2. The Promoters reserve the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.
  3. Cashback Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash by Participants.
  4. The Promoters will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoters; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion
  5. Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs, expenses which are not stated in the Terms and Conditions as included in the Cashback Reward.
  6. By participating in this Promotion, you agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, to release and hold the Promoters harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Cashback Reward. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to death or personal injury caused as a result of Promoters’ negligence.
  7. The Promotion is governed by English law.
